SIAC Acoustic Doors

Acoustic door has been designed to reduce the unwanted noise by absorbing sound. SIAC manufactures acoustic doors up to STC 55, utilising compression seal systems. Our high performance steel doors can reduce noise up to STC 55 and timber door can reduce noise up to STC 45.

SIAC supply a completed set of acoustic doors with proper seals, door blades, hinges, threshold and frames for various applications. Our single and double-leaf door sets are already tested in accredited laboratory to ensure to meet both the fire and acoustic performance. SIAC acoustic doors are fully compliant with American Standard ASTM E-90 and/or ISO 140-3 for its sound transmission loss and Singapore Standard SS 332:2000 for fire-resistance up to 4 hours for integrity and up to 2 hours for insulation.

We offer a guaranteed acoustical solution for any project specification whether it is a standard or bespoke design. Each door type is designed by our engineers. They are factory-assembled and fully tested prior to release to production.
